Kameron is currently a 22-year-old LA-based freelance social media manager with roots from the Southwest—Houston, Texas. One year post-grad, has achieved his degree in Psychology and Marketing. He sees where the future of digital marketing is headed, and is looking to work in a creative team to employ his skills in research and knowledge of social media to drive growth and engagement.
Kameron's studies at USC Dornsife College of Letters Arts and Sciences and USC Marshall School of Business taught much about what it means to conduct research and enter the marketing field in the digital era. Being born into and growing up with the current social sphere, he has an understanding of the inner workings of the mediascape that is vital in today's successful digital marketing. Paired with his understanding of social & consumer psychology, he is confident in his ability to captivate and wants nothing more than to contribute to the creative space.
My CV
In my so-far short career as a freelancer, I’ve worked on projects related to fashion, film, and talent management. Notably, I’ve worked as a contractor for Swim Social, a social media agency based out of Los Angeles. With this company, I’ve worked on fashion campaigns for denim brands, and I’ve most recently worked on a community campaign for National Anthem, an independent film by Luke Gilford.
These experiences have taught me many skills about the industry, the best practices for social media management, as well as general outreach skills when trying to onboard talent onto a campaign.
Additionally, my freelance work has led me to direct projects for my clientele. I have recruited photographers and other graphic artists to help me put together photo and video shoots. Through this I’ve worked with many brands in the skincare industry, where my content goes onto live on pages such as Black Girl Sunscreen, BioDerma US, and Innersense Organic Beauty.
I’m based in Los Angeles, but available to travel for longer consulting engagements.
